The special website for "KATSUO-BUSHI", a documentary film that follows the process of making katsuo-bushi (dried bonito shavings) from bonito has been launched! The film has been completed and is currently being submitted in film festivals worldwide. The film's trailer is available on the special website.

The "KATSUO-BUSHI" Project has kicked off for the documentary film that follows the process of making katsuo-bushi (dried bonito shavings) from bonito! Currently, the crew is traveling all around Japan to complete the film.
